 Travelled onsite (Dallas, Texas, US) to study and analyze current business process  Facilitated requirements gathering sessions with Business users / stakeholders and gather the requirement using Microsoft one note.  Documented the business and functional rules by translating them to technical requirements (Story / backlogs) using the Agile VersionOne project management tool.  Created Use Case Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, Wireframes, Workflow and Navigation flow diagrams using MS Visio. Built wireframes using Axure RP Pro or MS paint and used Invision for prototyping.  Worked with teams to examine and solve business problems by accurately analyzing the needs of clients using problem solving and analytical reasoning abilities.  Effectively communicated through JAD session with internal teams and clients about the user interface, project milestone and deliverables.  Acted as an interface between business units and technology teams while conducting mock sessions after every sprint.  Participated and provided Review comments to Internal QA test cases and performed integration and user acceptance testing manually prior to the client’s UAT.  Played a key role in Quality analysis during the integration phase and actively participated in user acceptance to guarantee that the product has met the SAL.  Presented the application to the stakeholders and gathered feedback (issues / change request), managed change request record and document. Triaged the issues and CRs with the development team.  Presented and trained the final developed product to the business users / stakeholders / end users and after approval prepared the user manual for the developed product.  Actively participated in deployment of the application, prepared the project sign off report and got the project approved and signed off.

 Facilitated requirements gathering sessions with Business users / stakeholders.  Presented the SARAS e-learning application (Test and Assessment / Vocational Learning system) to the client.  Analyzed and elicitated the gathered information and generated the gap analysis report with respect to the SARAS e-learning system and client’s requirement.  Made sure that the solution recommended was commercial yet competitive.  Prepared business requirements documents (BRD’s), defined project plans, wrote functional requirements specifications, and delivered project/status reports.  Was part of the CMMI level 3 process setup.

 Reviewed the RFP/RFI and gathered the high-level requirement through telephonic and client visits.  Built the compliance matrix to estimate the man day effort (time & cost).  From the compliance matrix, identified the complex technical concepts and expressed them in the commercial proposal for the non-technical audience to easily understand.  Managed schedules, deadlines, resources using OpenProj and collaborated with different teams to analyze project information.
