Frances Frei

With over 25 years of teaching and researching at Harvard Business School, Frances Frei is a renowned professor and expert on leadership, culture, operations and strategy. She is co-founder of The Leadership Consortium, a former board member of Robinhood, a proud member of Thinkers50, and an advisor to mission-driven organizations. Most recently she has introduced weekly Office Hours Live in an effort to democratize access to education. Frances co-hosts the popular podcast Fixable with Anne Morriss, where she shares insights and stories on how to fix workplace challanges. She is the co-author of three bestselling books, Uncommon Service, Unleashed, and Move Fast & Fix Things, that offer practical advice for creating and leading high-performing organizations. Frances has a PhD in Operations and Information Management from The Wharton School, and a BA in Computer Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was co-captain of the women's basketball team.
