The following year after my first experience as recpetionist, I kept to work as front officer, but I worked mainly in the back office. My primary task consisted in sending estimates to the potential customers of the hotel. I even replied to calls in order to quickly present accomodation offers. Through the system "MyReply" and "MrPreno", I was able to get access to the whole requests of clients from any platform (e-mail, social network, website, booking.com...). In this way I could easily manage the number of people asking information about the accomodation sorted by budget, period, number of people and so far and so forth.

It focused mainly on a direct relationship with the clients of the hotel. it involved many tasks such as management of arrivals and departures, replies to calls in order to clarify doubts about the hotel and how it works. I have always helped the clients during the daily requests at the reception, by satisfying their needs as quickly as possible. I was constantly in contact with the other units inside the hotel (restaurant, kitchen, laundry, beach, bars...) , in order to coordinate and semplify the communication among them and directly with the customers.

The approach of the lectures is new and innovative, with a great focus on team works and class participation which plays a relevant part in the evaluation. they really helped me to develop hard and soft skills, such as empathy, flexibility and compliance with deadlines. I got in contact with an exciting international environment and stuents coming from all over the world, and with local companies in order to understand in a better way how they operate on the market. The analysis of Unicorns and multinational companies, such as Collibra, Ikea, Colruyt, Bombardier, Lotus and Lipton permitted to enter in details into dynamics and effective planning of such big companies. Guest lectures were frequent, interactive, and exctiting. I attended 4 courses focused on marketing, in order to capture the large majority of notions from any perspective of this subject. The lectures are: Marketing- International strategic Marketing- Marketing communication concepts- Consumer Behaviour. I also focused my studies on interesting lectures as Sales skills, Sales management, and Financial management. In the end, I refreshed my french by attending a course of Business French
