Joining Streetvox in London for the entire month of July as an Incoming Finance & Commercial Intern within the Finance & Commercial Department. During the internship, I will gain exposure to financial operations, commercial strategy, business analysis, and client-related activities in an international corporate environment, while developing practical experience in finance, communication, and strategic decision-making. This opportunity will allow me to further strengthen my interest in investment banking, private equity, financial markets, and international business.

- Selected as an M&A Analyst within a global finance platform, focusing on mid-market transactions, financial analysis, and strategic valuation. - Undergoing rigorous, cohort-based training covering the full M&A deal lifecycle, corporate finance theory, accounting for M&A, and deal mechanics. - Leveraging advanced AI-augmented workflows ("AI First-Draft, Human Final") to conduct target screening, synergy modeling, and due diligence reporting. - Developing technical competencies in institutional valuation methodologies, including Comparable Company Analysis (Comps), Precedent Transactions, and Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) frameworks.
