Accountable and Responsible for supply manufacturing for the North America business in support of ~ 50% of the global Kenvue sales revenue. I am responsible for capital investment and accountable to the development and execution of the Manufacturing strategies across Kenvue Operations in the North America Region. In this role I am responsible for an organization of approximately 1300 employees in a manufacturing network across Canada , USA and Puertorico composed of of 4 internal manufacturing sites and 55 external manufacturing sites supporting all the three business segments for Kenvue: Self-Care (over the counter OTC) , Essential Health and Skin Health& Beauty. I am a member of the North America Operations board Leadership Team

Responsible for the development and deployment of the Manufacturing strategy across Johnsons&Johnsons Consumer Health Supply Chain in the North America Region. This role will have solid line responsibility for the North America 5 internal manufacturing sites and approximately 30 external manufacturing suppliers for the self-care over the counter business. Board member of the North America Consumer Health Supply Chain Leadership.

The Lititz PA site, with nearly 500 colleagues on-site, produces nearly 300 Million units annually across over 230 SKU’s. The site provides supply of finished good , among other brands, for three Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health iconic brands: Listerine, Aveeno, and Johnson's Baby Oil. The products at the Lititz site range from Over the Counter (OTC) and Cosmetics. The site is governed by the FDA, BATF (the site is a licensed distillery for Listerine), OSHA PSM and other local state and federal agencies. In this role I am accountable and responsible to provide leadership to the cross functional senior leadership team and establish direction for operations strategy, set objectives and drive results and accountability to business goals, company policy and ensure compliance to the various agency and industry regulatory requirements

Member of the Global Franchise Leadership Team accountable for programs and projects management for the product portfolio that account for about 35% in sales of business for J&J Consumer Health. The role is accountable and responsible for the sufficiency, prioritization and execution of the integrated New Product Development (NPD) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) portfolio of products in support of the Franchise strategy and business goals. This role provides leadership and support that the global and regional Supply Chain organizations are reliable and it shaped the long-term, end-to-end supply chain strategy in line with the Franchise medium and long term strategy

Responsible for the End to End Supply Chain Cross Functional Team, supporting Global Consumer Franchising Business. Member of the Global Franchising Leadership Board and Member of the Global Consumer SC Value Stream Leadership Board.

Responsible for the EMEA Region External Manufacturing Operations, a network of over 70 manufacturing suppliers for OTC and Consumer Good Products. Member of the EMEA Regional Supply Chain Leadership Board.

Responsible for the Plant Operations and Leader of the Cross Functional Plant Team.
