• Led 60+ global projects at Johnson & Johnson, driving 100 MM in machine and process investments. • Retrograde Femur Nail Inlay switch from PE to PEEK with injection molding, highly complex. Implemented is short timing with an improvement of 5 MM for the company. • As Supply Chain Leader, it ensured 100% on time, with budget delivery across divisions about 465 MM. • Spearheaded Business Continuity Plans, mitigating long-term supply risks and avoiding delays. • Expert in risk management, design control, and audits with TÜV and FDA. Delivered strategic impact through cross-functional leadership and process innovation for all future audits with the same approach independently which manufacturing site will be audited.

• Led new product projects for the Trauma division from 2005, overseeing development, launch, and process improvements. • Directed global product integration into manufacturing plants, collaborating with R&D and product management to ensure seamless onboarding. • Implemented process enhancements and delivered worldwide training to optimize new product development. • Prepared technical documentation (Tec-file) for TÜV, managing 5 external consultants on risk surveillance and production compliance (2015-2016). • Managed risk, design control, and manufacturing workstreams across 15 plants, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence. • Led the GRQP team as an expert in design control and risk management, supporting continuous improvement at the Mezzovico plant (2013-2014).
