• Operated in a team of people which inspects and administers 220 apartments that are rented to U.S. diplomats stationed in Rome • Executed up to two house inspections per day with American diplomats to guarantee the good conditions of the apartment • Created and developed a database, now used by the office, which carries pictures, measurements, and floor plans of the 220 apartments owned and rented by the Embassy in Rome • Served as first point of contact between diplomats and landlords to facilitate housing-related issues • Worked 20 hours per week while attending school full time

• Administered disbursements of about 200 student loans per semester and notified students • Granted about 200 scholarships based on students’ GPA • Assigned about 150 grants based on students’ country of origin • Worked 20 hours per week while attending classes full time
