Lover of animals and horse riding since childhood; if I had not been an oenologist, I would have been a veterinarian. Of my passion for veterinary medicine, I carry every day in my work as an enologist the love of chemistry, microbiology, plant pathology, organic chemistry, and the analysis of wine 🍷
