Francesca Plebani

Starting my career in Customer Care, first as CC Specialist and then as Team and Project Leader, I could deeply understand the importance of listening. I listened to learn, to help and to create strong and valuable relationships. I learned a lot from customers: what are their needs, what they focus more on and what they really care about. I understood clearly how to relate with a team, creating real bonds builded on trust thanks to a brilliant manager and fantastic mates. After this experience, I had the chance to become a Product Manager and apply all this soft skills. During project development I try to give added value everyday, to be a good team mate and to keep the focus on the Customer. I have the opportunity to see ideas and hard work becoming reality and to relate with very different stakeholders. As a Junior I try to think out of the box and to keep my competences updated in order to innovate and improve constantly.
