I am an accomplished CEO and senior executive known for my inclusive leadership style and ability to get results in uncertain environments. With over 25 years experience across not for profit, health, government and corporate, I bring expertise in leading and developing people, income generation, financial management and finding innovative solutions to advance the commercial and social impact goals of Boards. I have a particular strength in growing organisations from start-up and early stage to achieve success and am known for my ability to create value through innovation, building productive partnerships and advocating for change at the highest levels in government. My work has been acknowledged by the Australian Charity Awards for changing the pathway for Crohn’s and Colitis (IBD) patients in Australian hospitals. I am the recipient of the Victorian Women’s Governance Scholarship, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and have held NED and Executive Director board roles.
