During my internship, I participated in the development of a full-stack application dedicated to managing client complaints at CIH Bank, featuring three distinct spaces for Administrators, Clients, and Agents. My main tasks were: Analysis and Design: I reviewed business requirements and created the domain model to guarantee a modular and scalable architecture tailored to banking operations. Technical Architecture: I defined both backend and frontend structures, prepared UML diagrams, and set up a microservices approach for the AI chatbot, linking Python modules (RAG + Gemini API) with Spring Boot through REST endpoints. Development: Backend: I implemented robust functionalities with Spring Boot, leveraging JPA/Hibernate, MinIO for document storage, and JWT for secure authentication and authorization. Frontend: I designed a modern and adaptive interface using React.js and Tailwind CSS, incorporating dashboards for clients, agents, and admins. Chatbot: I deployed a Python-based RAG chatbot as an independent microservice, accessible via an API integrated into the Java backend. Database: I handled data storage and security with MySQL, ensuring reliable queries and integrity of complaint records. Documentation: I delivered technical and functional documents to support deployment, knowledge transfer, and long-term maintenance. Other Contributions: I created and described REST APIs for external use and built microservices (Spring Boot + Python) to enable chatbot integration and advanced features.
