Joined the company on a part-time contract basis to contribute to Quality Assurance efforts shortly after the launch of Dance of Death: Du Lac & Fey on PC. Weekly testing, regression and reporting, in close collaboration with the team.

Quality Assurance (functionality and linguistic) on the following Playlink-enabled PlayStation 4 titles: Knowledge Is Power (launch) and That's You! (patch); extensive testing on numerous Android and iOS smartphones, ensuring compliance to Sony TRCs.

At a busy period, joined the production team in a freelance capacity to help manage the workload and ensure the many concurrent projects were delivered on time and on/under budget. Assisted with staff allocation, client communication, project management and filming location research & equipment hire.

Worked closely with Senior Producer, Operations Manager and the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of studio: directly responsible for QA & Localisation on all projects, in charge of community management & engagement (forums, social media, website & blog, emails) and of the company’s merchandise store. Projects: *Dear Esther: Landmark Edition - PS4 & Xbox One *Everybody's Gone to the Rapture - PC Project management, QA, community management

Coordination of QA and Localisation efforts on Everybody's Gone To The Rapture for PS4, liaising with Sony QA, Loc and Loc QA departments and with the internal team of artists, designer and coders. Focused testing of specific areas and functionalities of the game on PS4 devkits and testkits as and when was required by the team. Creation, regression and confirmation of bug reports. Daily QA reports.

Translation, editing/reviewing, localisation QA for web & PR/marketing-related materials: NCSOFT account management pages, Guild Wars 2 & WildStar website, printed materials, video subtitles.

Manager of a team of 13 experienced localisation professionals. Contact with in-house departments, developers and external vendors to maintain or establish good working relationships. Decision-making with Localisation Project & Linguistic Managers and other departments in regards to all aspects of localisation Administrative decisions (budget, hiring...) Additional project management and translation duties

Responsible for all aspects of localisation for NCsoft's MMORPGs such as City of Heroes/Villains, Auto Assault, Tabula Rasa: in-game text, voice scripts/audio recordings, marketing & PR content, printed materials, websites. Main point of contact for in-house departments and external developers for all information concerning localisation of allocated products. Coordination of linguistic QA efforts for aforementioned products in French & German. French translation (and subsequently linguistic QA) of extensive amounts of text for said games.
