Monitors and controls the operations and maintenance of the MSL Compound and the Support Staff Accommodations.  Monitors and controls the cleanliness and neatness of the Compound and staff accommodations.  Developed and implements plans, procedures and administration of accommodation assignments based on Executive Management’s criteria.  Receives and resolves complaints from tenants.  Monitors and controls subordinate attendance, absence and leave.  Prepares and or reviews the facilities management services operational budget and controls expenses accordingly.  Reviews and analyses operational costs to determine areas where cost reductions can be effected.  Reviews and recommends plans and schedules of repairs and services.  Prepares and or reviews, and submits occupational reports and accommodation requirements.  Promotes harmonious relations among tenants and staff.  Recommends rules and regulations concerning accommodation rules for tenants to abide by.  Prepares and or reviews reports as required by the Chief Administration Officer.  Recommends changes and updates on facilities management services policies and procedures. Reviews and controls maintenance and services policies.  Assesses operational and maintenance requirements of compounds and buildings.  Recommends contractors and suppliers based on past performance.  Oversees and co-ordinates all maintenance activities. Supervises: Receptionists, Telephone Operators, HQ Building Cooks, Waiters, Tea Boys, Drivers, Kitchen Helpers, and Security Leaders/Guards.  Monitoring the standard of conduct, ethics and personal appearance of employees of Makshaff Services Limited employees. Provision of administration office staff and support office staff assistance to other Makshaff Services Limited departments, when required.  Security and Safety procedure for the HQ building, compounds and apartment buildings.  Assignment of parking
