• Stock Management ensuring optimal sell through with right time, right place and right qty of stock • Liaising with Warehouse, Shipping and Loss Prevention to ensure stock reaches stores at the right time • Driving business stock turn with prompt actioning of markdowns and communicating to business • Assisting Planners- Reviewing flows, revising store grading, coding products, creating visual weekly product drops, supporting in monthly SWOT reports and trade notes • Increasing allocations efficiency by developing new excel templates • Running daily sales and department reports • Supporting Production/Buying team- Raising POs, approving barcodes, data entry into AP21, maintaining data integrity with Buy Plan and AP21 • Sample Order Management- Sourcing samples for HO, maintaining log and sending back to stores

• Shift Supervisor - opening/closing store, managing and leading team, EOD banking, monitoring KPI’s, authorising timesheets and communicating handover to management • Contribution to weekly trade feedback, money mapping • Visual Merchandising- Placing new lines, actioning promo’s, pulling consolidations, new collection launches, changing mannequins and remerchandising shop floor • Customer Service- Styling and processing of transactions, pick and packing of click and collect/online fulfilment orders • Stock- Replenishment, preparation for shop floor and stock take Orders: pick and packing orders for click and collect and ship to customers, processing ship to customer transactions.
