Researched on issues pertaining to Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958, Registration Act, 1908 and The Transfer of Property Act, 1882. 2. The report states that the title of the person possessing the property is clear and that person can further sell the property to any other person. The investigation of the title is done so that the buyer can be satisfied that the property he is purchasing is clear and has no claims or petitions to it. 3. Gone through various documentation works which are carried out in Real Estate matters and also assisted in investigation of titles for different kinds of Immovable Properties.
