• Provide site support to Site Manager/Project Engineer in-charge on all technical aspect of the system • Software & hardware integration test with 3rd party system to ensure compatibility with Card Access/CCTV • Plan T&C to site for testing • Ensure T&C assigned complies to project requirements in the aspect of functionality & dateline given • Resolve all technical problems encounter during the testing phase • Ensure overall system functionality & integration complies to tender specification & client’s requirement • Analyse the system program performance to identify software bug possibility & follow up with R&D/Vendor • Ensure client is properly trained to use the system effectively • Conduct system administration training to client’s administrative staff • Doing 24hrs standby for one week once every 2 months • Attend fault for sites like BIOPOLIS, HDB Hub, MHA, MOE, URA, MND, Singtel Exchanges and etc • Work independently and drive around frequently • Attending to customers’ complaints, clearing defects, programming access for user and upgrading firmware

• Dealing with fire alarm system, i.e • Fire Pump System, Heat and Smoke Detector, Fire Callpoint, Hosereel System • Installing of Fire Alarm system for Shaw Centre, High St Centre and etc • Doing preventive maintenance for sites like Peninsula Plaza and Hotel, Excelsior Hotel, High St Ctr, Shaw Ctr, Shaw House, Pacific Plaza and etc
