-Face of Malaysia 2022 Top 10 -Presented clothing and products in commercials and on runways -Work closely with choreographers, designers and makeup artists to showcase designers’ wear and accessories -Worked closely with photographers to ensure the creative direction of shots are accurately captured

Account Management -Liaise with local merchants on the cross-border onboarding process and strategic planning -Execute promotional campaigns to build brand awareness and incubate new brands and SKUs on the platform -Extract data from the JD backend system, analyse monthly reporting on sales performance, inventory and other metrics -Liaise with the trade partner and operation team from China to resolve issues pertaining to brand and sales optimisation -Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth logistics operations and shipment arrangement Relations Management -Establish relationships with governments, MATRADE, MCBC, MDEC to drive negotiations and support for local brands and merchants -Research and create social media content, press release for targeted public and media -Manage online platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, official website etc.

-Assist in planning and development of PR strategies -Support in media launches, KOLs collaboration, media relations etc. -Evaluate media coverage on a daily basis -Build and establish media, key influencer contact base -Maintain relationships with community, media and public interest groups -Create social media presence
