• Led installation, qualification, and release of Applied Materials Endura PVD systems for 22nm/28nm technology nodes, supporting high-volume manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI). • Owned and maintained equipment performance to meet production KPIs (uptime and line yield) in a high-volume fab environment. • Utilized SPC and FDC systems to monitor tool health, detect drifts, and prevent process excursions. • Performed advanced troubleshooting on robot handling, vacuum systems, and process chambers, reducing equipment downtime and improving tool stability. • Conducted FMEA and risk assessments for new equipment/materials and implemented effective mitigation plans. • Executed equipment retrofits and continuous improvement projects to enhance process capability and defect performance. • Partnered with process and production teams to drive yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives. • Performed root cause analysis (RCA) and implemented CAPA, minimizing recurrence of critical tool issues.

This is an internship opportunity available from July 2023 to October 2023, spanning a period of 12 weeks. The host company is an international bus body manufacturing firm with a global clientele. The primary client base includes countries such as Singapore, the United States, Australia, UAE, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Vietnam. The company specializes in the design and production of bus bodies, as well as the assembly of buses. During the internship, the main responsibilities involve collaborating with the full-time mechanical engineer. This collaboration includes tasks such as designing bus brackets, conducting quality control checks, preparing reports, calculating material requirements for procurement, creating drawings for CNC cutting, and assisting with other related activities. The software tools employed for these tasks are Solidworks and AutoCAD. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of mechanical engineering within the context of an internationally renowned bus body manufacturing company.

It is a Mooncake Festival promoter role, associated with a festival spanning approximately 3 consecutive weeks. The job responsibilities include serving customers, promoting the various flavors of mooncakes, providing samples to customers for testing, and managing stock orders.
