I’m an accountant turned communications professional, passionate about helping organisations tell authentic stories that connect, inspire, and drive real impact. My background in accounting gave me structure, clarity, and a results-driven mindset. My pivot into communications brought in storytelling, empathy, and creative strategy. Today, I sit comfortably at the intersection of logic and emotion, where effective communication truly lives. I work as a Communications & Storytelling Professional, with a strong focus on the energy and impact space. I help organisations move beyond data and jargon by translating complex ideas into human stories that people can understand, trust, and act on. What makes my work different is experience from the field. I’ve travelled to a good number of communities across Nigeria, witnessing firsthand that Africa still faces significant energy access challenges. These experiences shape how I tell stories that are authentic, relatable, and impactful. My work has reached over 500,000 people across digital platforms, events, and media features. Over the years, I’ve supported organisations through: Strategic communications and content development Crisis communications and media narrative management Event communications, digital visibility, and audience engagement Multi-format storytelling, writing, video, photography, and design I’ve worked with and around clean energy brands like Ceesolar, contributing to communication efforts that position organisations as credible, people-centred, and future-focused. Through training and consulting, I’ve helped 10+ organisations strengthen their communications and grow meaningful engagement with their audiences. At my core, I believe communication is more than messaging. It’s about connection, clarity, and transformation. Beyond client work, I’m intentionally building a community for African communications professionals called THE WAVE DECK, a space for storytellers, strategists, and creatives to share ideas, grow together, and amplify Africa’s voice in global conversations.
