Complied response to an RFI from Aurecon regarding the development of an ETAP power system simulation model of the mine HV power distribution network - Produced 5 year power plan report which outlined estimated power demands and proposed the installation of additional underground substations for FY2018-22 mine expansion activities - Performed cable sizing, maximum demand and voltage drop calculations for the selection of feeder cables as per AS 3000 and AS 3008.1.1 - Determined electrical tie-in point for workshop distribution boards and provided redline markups of single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, circuit schedules and cable schedules - Designed isolation system incorporating sectional insulators and isolator switches for the 600 V DC overhead catenary line of the mine underground rail network
