As the Director of Human Resources & Property Management at Vodafone Romania SA, a subsidiary of Vodafone Group, and a Non-Executive Director for Vodafone Romania Technology and Vodafone Shared Services (Europe), I led a team of professionals to support a business with over 3,000 employees and annual service revenue of EUR 723.6 million.

As the leader of Human Resources for a cluster of three countries (Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan), I oversaw a complex business and regulatory structure, navigated political and market challenges, and drove success for a team of approximately 4,000 employees across 15 cities. I was also appointed as a Supervisory Board Member of Citigroup Global Markets AO. Citi Russia has been the second largest Citi-owned business in EMEA.

Regional HR coverage for our Retail and Commercial Banking groups in EMEA, 13 markets in the region totalling close to 5,500 employees. Presence countries included Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, UAE, Egypt and Bahrain.
