* Preparing and analyzing monthly KPIs for management * Creating and using new processes for invoice validations * Performing quality control checks on shipper invoice and MAM data invoice, approving for payment * Investigating and manipulating data to aid in management decisions * Developing a new program with IT team for the settlements team * Monitoring consumption levels on all sites making the necessary adjustments * Managing meter readings and overcoming any rejections as well as processing all AQ appeals * Daily working on company’s software, SQL and Microsoft Office * Reviewing all customers contracts to ensure details are correct and ready to process * Providing support for billing, or ad-hoc reporting requests from our business partners.
