Within the Office of Innovation and Strategic Technologies (OIST), my main mission is to support the adoption of software used as ADR (architecture decision records) and technology radar. My final thesis is on this topic, addressing the problem of silos and studying the effects of these tools on organizational culture. My other responsibilities include stimulating collaboration and developing applications for internal purposes.
