After moving to the U.S., I gained leadership experience at Deloitte, McKinsey, and Microsoft. I spearheaded the Onboarding Women initiative, a groundbreaking effort to increase women's representation on Washington State corporate boards. In 2021, I collaborated with sponsors to deliver the Black Boardroom Initiative, which evolved into the Equitable Board Network, expanding diverse board representation nationwide. Currently, with Deloitte's Center for Board Effectiveness, I work with boards across primarily public, and private sectors to embed best governance practices, anticipate emerging trends, and address critical governance challenges. COMMUNITY AND PERSONAL I am committed to advancing literacy and learning. I serve on the Seattle Public Library Foundation board and Governance Committee. Born in London and based in Seattle, I hold U.S., U.K., and Irish citizenship. An avid reader and outdoor swimmer, I welcome connections about board readiness, governance, literacy, and reading!
