I am a seasoned business executive with 25+ years of business development, operations, employee management experience. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for strategic planning and process improvement, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly founding new business, and leading growth and expansion throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance goals, and I am adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditures. Professional focal points include market research, client and stakeholder relations, marketing and business controls, business and financial reporting, employee training, and performance management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Currently I predominantly share my time between Goldenlay and TapTap Solutions. I am the Managing Director with Golden Lay Agri Ltd spending my time with the organization, helping direct the 500+ employee workforce, with planning and leading complex business operations, including acquisitions, partnerships, retail and sales management, production, shareholder and board communications, strategy, and reporting. I also continually identify and follow through on new opportunities and areas requiring improvement, such as greenfield diversification and backward integration. At TapTap Solutions as a Founding Partner and Director we are busy with the development of an exciting new game changing SaaS product (boma) that we are rolling beta testing pilot projects.
