Interactions between humans and autonomous technologies, turning advanced robotics and AI into intuitive, scalable solutions that create real-world value. As CEO, I combine deep technical insight with strategic leadership – overseeing product innovation, investor relations, and market development. I’ve built and launched two robotic platforms (DMD4000 and Gallery) powered by our cloud-based ecosystem auPortal, which hosts intelligent apps like auFaceCount, auPingPong, and auSlideShow. Our robots have already operated across multiple countries, driven more than 25,000 km, and generated millions of views in public spaces – and the journey has only just begun. My focus is now on opening a new market for infotainment robots, with Gallery already operating in real-world environments. I work across disciplines – from hardware architecture to business strategy – to ensure our technology is not just functional, but future-ready. I also established CRM routines and reporting structures to ensure transparency, data-driven decision-making, and alignment across departments. This included implementing dashboards, activity tracking, and investor reporting mechanisms. Whether scaling a startup or steering a global tech division, I bring a unique blend of engineering depth, product vision, and execution power.

As CTO, I led the development of our second robotic platform – Gallery – and built the cloud-based ecosystem auPortal, which now powers a growing suite of intelligent apps including auFaceCount, auPingPong, and auSlideShow. My focus was on transforming technical innovation into scalable, user-facing solutions. I oversaw hardware and software integration, AI-based interaction design, and the creation of a modular architecture that supports real-time data capture and infotainment. I led and developed a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. I implemented onboarding programs, technical mentorship, and agile workflows to support team growth and performance. Key achievements: Designed and launched the Gallery robot platform for public-facing environments. Developed auPortal as a flexible cloud infrastructure for autonomous units. Created and deployed AI-powered apps for face detection, engagement tracking, and interactive content. Positioned Autonomous Units as a pioneer in human-robot interaction and intelligent automation.

As Managing Director and founder, I led the development of Autonomous Units’ first product: the DMD4000 – an autonomous dry mist disinfection robot designed for hospitals, pharma and food industry environments. The startup journey included building the team, securing early funding, and validating the technology through real-world pilots in healthcare and cleanroom settings. We achieved strong traction with documented test results and certifications, positioning the company as a pioneer in autonomous hygiene solutions. My role spanned product development, testing, documentation, and strategic market positioning – laying the foundation for our broader vision: creating trust in robotics through safe and meaningful human-machine interactions.

serve on SDU’s Advisory Board to help ensure that engineering education aligns with the real-world needs of the tech industry. My focus is on integrating automation, robotics and AI into the curriculum – so we graduate candidates who are not only technically skilled, but ready to lead innovation. It’s a way to give back, and to help shape the kind of talent we need.

I joined MiR as employee number 7 and became part of the original management team alongside the two founders. Over the next five years, I led operations through every phase of the company’s growth – from early-stage development to global scale-up and eventual acquisition by Teradyne for $148M. My role evolved with the company, but my core responsibility remained: ensuring that our operations could scale with speed, precision and quality. I built and led cross-functional teams across production, supply chain and logistics, supporting rapid international expansion. Key achievements include: Scaling operations to support a global customer base, resulting in over 10,000 robots deployed worldwide. Leading cross-functional teams that supported a 5x increase in production capacity over 3 years. Contributing to the successful acquisition of MiR by Teradyne for $148M. Implementing operational processes that reduced lead time by 30% and improved delivery precision. Supporting international expansion with logistics and supply chain strategies across EMEA, APAC, and North America. Leading strategic planning and forecasting processes in collaboration with sales and operations teams, enabling accurate demand prediction and resource allocation. Establishing CRM routines and reporting structures to ensure transparency, data-driven decision-making, and alignment across departments. Key milestones: Scaled the company from 7 to 250+ employees. Led implementation of new and scalable supply chain and production systems. Supported product launches including MiR100, MiR200, MiR500 and MiR1000. Played a proactive role in preparing the company for acquisition and integration. MiR’s journey was a masterclass in fast, focused growth – and I’m proud to have helped shape one of Denmark’s most successful robotics companies.

Responsible for the communication between the plant and an IT database insuring the right data flow to secure total traceability of all the customer required data from every single product produced.

Working with all kind of electronics including: HF, LF, Power electronic and more. During the Education worked at the "RoboLab" training schoolchildren in "Lego Mindstorm" and elemental physics and experiments.
