Flavio Mitidieri Ramos MD, MSc, FASGE

I am a gastroenterologist and bariatric endoscopy specialist with internationally recognized expertise in advanced endoscopic procedures and obesity treatment. I hold the distinguished title of Fellow of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (FASGE), a designation granted only to physicians who demonstrate outstanding academic, clinical, and leadership contributions to the field. I graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and earned a Master’s degree in Medicine from the University of Lisbon. Earlier in my career, I served as a Medical Officer in the Brazilian Air Force, specializing in Aerospace Medicine at the Brazilian Air Force University, where I was also appointed as guest lecturer. I currently serve as Medical Director of Endodiagnostic, a leading endoscopy and medical weight-management center in Brazil, where I play a critical and leading role in clinical innovation, physician training, and the development of advanced minimally invasive obesity treatments.
