Developing, supporting and maintaining Hygiene and Durable Assembly business for both local and international accounts with multiple operation sites. Ensure the sales objectives and budgets are met. Support SEA Global Senior BDM in business strategy development, product portfolio management, training & development of Hygiene & Durable Assembly, new business and product development.

Responsible for developing new business opportunity and expanding existing business account at following key segment in adhesive field : • PLB (Packaging, Labeling and Bookbinding) • Converting (Disposable hygiene and PSA tapes & label) Lead to plan, establish Forbo representative office in Indonesia, and organize a sales team for quality Key Account sales and service in Indonesia. Providing market intelligent regularly, sales forecast and proposing effective marketing strategy.

Responsible for developing new business opportunity, maintain and expand key account business. Summarize the market situation and proposing or develop a workable business model to expand the business depend on situation and condition. Working closely with HQ & other branch to develop new market and expand business in Indonesia whether import or export. Sourcing product to meet customer demand for domestic and export • Super Absorbent Polymer : solution/liquid absorbent at baby diapers • Dispersant : dispersing agent for inorganic pigment/filler in paper industry & water treatments • Polyvinyl Pyrolidon (PVP) : hardener for hair gel • Silicon : auxiliary for cosmetic & textile auxilliaries • Starch (Native & Modified) : filler and binder for paper • SB- Latex : binder for coated paper and adhesive • Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin : Resin for hot melt adhesive • BHT : antioxidant for rubber and plastic • Ethanol : beverage and industry
