• Oversee daily operations of 6 blown film extruders and the manufacturing of polyethylene films, a in-house recycler machine and 1 doctor rewinder. • Lead a team of 30 operators, setting daily duty rosters and ensuring optimal labor utilization to meet production targets. • Coordinate with planning and sales for SAP S/4HANA-based production scheduling, ensuring material and labor availability. • Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives across FI, AM, PM, and QM pillars under 12-step Kaizen methodology. • Ensure DLS & MPS compliance, achieving the highest-ever production of 54 tons in a single day and reducing waste to 6.1%. • Collaborate with engineering for downtime reduction, SHEQ-aligned safety mapping, and OHS action planning for frontline staff. • Act as second-in-command (front-line) in manager’s absence, maintaining workflow and leading Emergency Response Team (ERT). • Leading the commissioning project of a Polystar recycling machine to enhance in-house waste management and circular utilization of PE waste. Coordinating cross-functionally to prepare infrastructure, trial material, and operator training to ensure successful commissioning and performance benchmarking of the system.

Business Unit Flexible Packaging- Operations Department • Developed a real-time monitoring dashboard for cost-saving initiatives. • Led cost-reduction projects (e.g., slicing tape, hosiery cutting, doctor blade trials), generating PKR 2M+ annual savings. • Managed vendor negotiations, trials, and onboarding to improve cost efficiency across Printing, Lamination, and Extrusion.

• In depth knowledge of oil gas extraction process, seismic conditions, drilling, casing and cementing. • Detailed study related to Tubing Conveyed Perforations (TCP) and Drill Stem Testing (DST), including an understanding of the tools in the string. Comparison between Annulus, Cushion and Formation Pressure. All metering and testing details of the well. Tools were visually inspected. • Understanding the Surface Well Testing and its entire layout. Learning the difference between various types of pipes, including Hammer Union and Grey lock, and being able to visually distinguish the pipes in the field. Mechanism of 3 phase separator learnt in depth and practically observed, along with tanks, oil/gas and choke manifolds and heater operation.

Beaconhouse School System Tipu Sultan Campus invited me as a Guest Speaker for their Project Based Learning Program, to conduct a session regarding "Safety is the choice we make", to educate the students how they can contribute and help the government keep people and their local community safe from electrification during the monsoon and flood times in Pakistan. Aside than teaching, the session was fun-filled, where learning was followed by activities.
