Responsibility as Procurement Officer ; - Sourcing potential vendor or suppliers for purchase. - Negotiation for Pricing, Lead Time, and quality of product. - Coordinate with user for the details inquery. - Cost Saving and Cost Avoidance target. - Strong analitycal for quality of goods. - Created Purchase Order.

Responsibily as Expeditor ; - Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines, proactively monitor shipement progress to ensure materials are delivered to Site by requires date from user. - Sending daily report to users regarding the latest updates on material purchase status. - Collaborate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure efficient delivery and proper receipt of material on Site. - Coordinate with suppliers to address material delivery contraints, align payment schedules, and resolve issues related to the SAP system. - Ensure that suppliers deliver materials to Site in compliance with company’s packing and marking standard. - Generate a purchase order in SAP S4/Hana as needed. - Initiate the tender process for various non operational requirements. - Manage the material exchange process in the event of discrepancies.

Responsibility as Export Customer Service ; Manage and coordinate all customer service activities related to export opeartions with below details ; - Receiving Shipping Instruction from Consignee - Booking space to Shipping Line as per cargo ready date information. - Prepare Work Order for pick up empty container from Depo to Warehouse Consignee for stuffing process ( for full handling shipment only - not for NVOCC shipment ) - Submit final Shipping Intruction to Shipping Line based on latest stuffing information from Consignee. - Issued House B/L and Master B/L for sending shipping advise to agent destination. - Close shipment after cargo arriving to destination and invoicing process.

Responsibility as Internship in EMKL Company’s ; - Checking for HBL and MBL - Drafting for PIB and PEB based on SI, Invoice and Packing list from Consignee. - Registration for COO to Disperindang Web. - Checking for container condition to Depo related to eligibility ( leaky, dent, dirty ).
