• Responsible for contacting talent via phone and email, scheduling and coordinating auditions and callbacks for various clients ranging from commercial work to feature films, and aiding the casting director and other office workers by performing various secretarial tasks.

• Responsible for communicating and helping coordinate departmental efforts in order to move and set up equipment in a timely manner. • Was asked to design and modify team push-carts and dollies to more quickly and efficiently move mass quantities of equipment across differing environments on a production shot in mountains, plains and rivers. • Worked closely with the lighting and camera departments to provide support by assembling set-ups, cranes, leveled dolly track, and car, ladder and boat mounts.
