*  Join in the new product project, Source & Develop potential suppliers and vendors in China, develop and implement Supply Chain Strategies *  Choose preliminary suppliers to sample under reasonable quotation *  Organize QC to assess or verify the quality ability and management of the potential suppliers under the eligible sample Cultivate and Supervise the technical and quality procedure with the cooperation of other department *  Analyze the cost factors; select or optimize & negotiate with suppliers to whom orders are to be placed and schedule deliveries *  Release material forecast and orders to supplier under a good communication in the terms of price, delivery schedule, and payment, coordinate and monitor the process of delivery status, *  Evaluate the quality performance of the pilot delivery of vendors, coordinate to make some improvement for further advancement.

Engineer in Researching and Development Department, Using Pro/E as well as AutoCAD to design and modify product structure according to given appearance by Industry design, following up with plastic as well as metal mold to achieve the marketing requirement satisfaction - Awareness of tooling and product design specification to quicken the outcome lead time

* Chase the quotation from incumbent suppliers for both exporting projects and local manufacturing products. * Select supplier and product to localize for manufacturing parts, choose proper supplier for exporting projects, and issue the orders. * Follow up with the sampling process for new product development, help understand the current progress status from suppliers and the requirement from customers. * Developing potential local suppliers for Mechanical product both for oversea plant and for local manufacturing for those special requirement products, visit the new suppliers to conduct the capability assessment, and quality assessment with the joint effort from quality team. * Mainly focus on stamping and sheet metal punching commodity. * Cost analysis to drive more projects or more spending in China, or widen supplier base to attract more customers.
