* Create Purchase Order (PO) using SAP system * Negotiation to supplier to have a good price and good material * Saving in buying Raw, Pack & Comodity Material * Key user SAP Project ( SNC / supplier network collaboration ) * Create forecast report to distribute to supplier * Create OTIF / On Time In Full for supplier to evaluation about their performance * Create OMRF / Online Material Request Form for new supplier * Share internal spec so the supplier have to make material as our spec * Familiar to using BW SAP Report to get any report ( saving, buying, spending, etc ) * Analyze Standar Price for RM, PM, Commodity * Create a Critical Material Monitoring Report to be the anker to prevent shortage in plant * Create a Vendor Delivery Date Report ( SPA ) * Revise ISO 9000 and 9001 with team audit about rules in supply chain / purchasing

* Handle SAP System for Goods Receipt material * Analyze the Recapitulation and Verification for BTS project progress * Use the SAP system to create COA ( Certificate Of Acceptance ) for Payment to vendor * Consolidate with Vendor about the issued in Terms Of Payment * Consolidate with Buyer to revise the Purchase Order or Contract Agreements * Responsible to Finance about the payment for project progress * Consolidate with other department about (SLA) payment and penalty to vendor

* Create New Material in SAP System * Create BOM (Bill of Material) to make semi finish and finish good product in SAP system * Develop and Support new project system to improve the Business Process * Problem Solving in SAP System * Extend Material and BOM to another Plant / Site * Strong Knowledge in SAP System * Setup KPI Reporting team RnD ( Review, analysis and data compile ) * Lead and Support SAP Process issues from other Dept
