• Developed expertise in LTE/LTE-A especially in CPE’s onboarding, inter-operability test (IOT), including RF lab/field test, and troubleshooting. • Reviewed customer's technical specifications including formal RFQ, RFI and RFP and working closely with Product Team to prepare a detailed proposals for competitive solutions. • Defined customer's requirement for customized product in terms of software and hardware customization before factory mass production (pre-sales stage). • In charged for all technical activities in Europe, CALA, and USA region. • Prepared clear, accurate and informative reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. • Involved in various on-site deployment such as in USA, Morocco, Jordan, Poland.

• Developed expertise in WiMAX, especially in CPE’s onboarding, inter-operability test (IOT), including RF lab/field test, and troubleshooting. • Involved in fined-tuning device management system based on TR-069/SNMP protocols. • Troubleshoot various network case scenarios involving CPE’s enterprise service such as bridge mode, VPN (IPSEC, PPTP and L2TP), VLAN, PPoE, IPv4/IPv6 Dual Stack, DSCP, and Firewall. • Executed CPE VoIP integration with customer's system (e.g., SIP server, SBC, IMS). • Performed in-depth networking analysis and troubleshooting using Wireshark tool. • Conducted a testing on EVT sample and perform firmware verification. • Provided technical documentation related to solution’s deployment (e.g. Technical note, installation guide, FAQ, troubleshooting guide, User manual, and etc). • Worked closely with customers in assigned territory. • Involved in various on-site on-boarding deployment such as in Indonesia, Ireland, Brazil.
