- Responsible for the quotation and negotiation of corporate and social events. - Meetings and calls with clients to know all the requirements. Coordinate the pre and post events. - Weekly meetings with the Food and Beverage area to coordinate the events. - Responsible for the site inspections with potential clients.

Intern during the Master.

- Management of local and international corporate accounts, qualifying potential clients for the chain's hotel portfolio. - Management of the group segment and MICE in the sector: Pharmaceutical, Industry, Chemicals, Sports, Travel Agencies, Meeting Planners in USA, Canada and Brazil. - Constant relationship with the different client portfolios and segmentation, orienting constant planes for the loyalty of important accounts, as well as the capture of new accounts. - Meetings with clients to generate new groups-events. - Responsible for Inspection Visits with clients. - Present reports of sales production to Groups & Events Manager and the Sales Director.

- Analysis and development of initiatives in the improvement of processes of internal control. - Strategic support to the sales team to work on quotes daily groups and follow up on each negotiation for the closure.

- Responsible for individual bookings and groups of more than 10 rooms at The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center through the Opera system, rooming list report of groups, arrivals, history & forecast. - Call and email service with reservation requests.
