1. Talent management & leadership development • Hire: track recruiting OKRs and provide effective hiring and talent-attracting strategies to business teams; design and deliver new-hire orientation • Develop: identify key talents, advise both their managers and the talents on how to better develop; design and implement programs of leadership development • Retain: constantly follow up with key talents and reduce the risk of losing them; give advice on retention plans and follow up with relevant HR teams; deep exit interviews with those who are determined to leave to get feedback and identify areas to improve • Fire: help manage out those who’re least effective or culturally unfit 2. Performance management • Conduct performance review trainings to both the managers and employees as the trainer • Facilitate the process during each performance review cycle • Have performance improvement interviews with those who perform lower than expected • Work with line managers on probation assessment 3. Culture building & employee engagement • Build a company-wide tech sharing platform to prompt cross-team tech sharing; • Conduct employee engagement & satisfaction survey, and organize workshops with managers to make improvements accordingly; • Organize events like hackathons, family open day, annual party, etc. • Liaise with tech conferences and encourage our tech experts to make presence in those meetings to build tech influence in the industry Major projects: • 2019-2020 Cou-learning: an all-employee online learning platform, providing new manager courses, high-performance manager courses, communication courses and lean innovation courses, etc. • 2019 Employee Engagement Survey and management workshops • 2019 Annual Party • 2018 Leadership development intensive camp • 2018 Hackathon

• Build and improve recruitment process, update hiring methods and standards to keep up with business needs and develop plans at different stages • End to end recruitment: recruit a range of mid-high level reqs including engineers, data scientists, product owners, engineering managers and program managers • Design and deliver interviewer skills training • Channel management: analyze and track recruiting metrics to adjust channel strategies • Recruiting campaigns: plan and execute special internal referral promotion programs; identify distinguished interviewers and propose awards to them • Team management and coach the team • Employer branding: participated in the global EVP project; started weekly feeds on Wechat public account
