Promoted from part time sales to deputy before achieving promotion to concession manager. Focus was driving sales through service and maintaining goals from both the company and Debenhams. Assisted regional manager in shop visits, auditing and visual merchandising.

Promoted from part time sales to Deputy Manager of the Thomson branch, a year later took on promotion to Retail Manager of First Choice, Dyce. Responsible for all aspects of the business, including control of costs and KPIs toward achieving positive profit and loss account results, recruiting, training staff and achieving an outstanding level of customer service at all times. Was responsible for driving the foreign exchange performance with in the Aberdeen region supporting the area managers aims.

Proud Salon manager of the double award winning Bridge of Don based unisex hairdressers. Responsibilities include junioring duties, reception, booking of clients, building the social media platform, preparing quarterly VAT returns and annual accounts, projection of sales and costs and analysis of results, stock control and development of staff through one to one and group training.
