These people take an interest in where their food comes from, and ensures it has not been raised in a horrendous factory farm (where the majority of our meat and poultry comes from these days) These people are FreeRangeArians :) Factory Farming is a relatively new thing - it only started about 40 years ago and causes a huge amount of suffering to chickens, cows, ducks and pigs - all behind closed doors! Factory farming of pigs is the single worst thing humans do on the planet and all factory farming practices need to be made illegal. FreeRangeArians believe in the traditional way of farming and in a FAIR AGREEMENT between a farmer and an animal and that is a QUALITY of life for the animal raised and killed for food.
