Key Result Areas: • Leading Business Finance and FP&A function for India with a team of 5 members • Leading Annual Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Process, AOPs, Long Range Plans and corporate strategies; whilst driving implementation of strategies and tracking performance against business plan • Partnering with cross-functional business units to drive productivity, optimize cost and improve profitability • Overseeing Accounting for accurate monthly/Quarterly/Yearly books closure • Advised senior management in M&A Financial Due Diligence by assessing various Financial and Operational metrics with parameters like Financial statements & Key Ratios (current & projected), Trends, Cash flows, Revenue Drivers, Market Segmentation, Products Mix, etc. • Digital Transformation - Dynamic dashboards, complex financial models to access risks and evaluate new business opportunities & improvement potential in existing set-up Responsibilities • End to end P&L delivery for 42 P&Ls across 7 business units • Developed annual budgets using various techniques like Top down/Bottom up/ Incremental approach/Zero Based, etc. • Attaining Cost optimization drives, Cash flow and receivables management • Partnering with Capital Markets team in building IMs, CF & Valuation models for fund raising projects for various clients • Preparing Pricing/Costing models for Project Management and Facilities Management • Acting as Strategic Financial Advisor to Senior management by providing MIS reports using IBM COGNOS TM1 and POWER BI; also delivering Trends, Key Movements & Peer group analysis using advanced statistical analysis like scenario, sensitivity, what if, etc. for quick and efficient decision making. • A key link between Regional Finance (APAC) and India management for overall FP&A activities • Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals & enhance profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: • Supported FP&A activities for operations across multiple locations & business lines for a turnover of $255 Mn • Analyzed periodic financial & business information to provide insights through variance analysis, profitability bridges, ratio analysis, etc. to optimize the cost to the tune of $1.1 Mn (< 0.5%) • Prepared, analyzed and explained key movements & trends in monthly MIS, Sales flash, and other reports to actively track performance against targets and improve profitability • Prepared high-quality presentations explaining financial & business results for senior management.

Key Responsibilities: • Budgeting & Forecasting; preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to 6 departments of Maersk Procurement entity • Performance Measurement & Analytics: Analyzed, investigated and assigned savings sign-off amounting to $100 Mn on Maersk Global Business Projects in ARIBA for various locations i.e. Copenhagen, Capetown, Mumbai & Houston • Audited savings reports through various metrics and spreading awareness of savings principles and sign-off process in Global Procurement via Seminars, Workshops, etc. (Conducted Seminar & Workshops on Savings Sign-off in Copenhagen from 26th May till 6th June 2014)

Key Responsibilities: • Prepared and analyzed monthly Operational & Financial Review based on Process Costing for approx. 90 processes across 5 verticals to find out causes for deviations. • Worked with Country & Regional Managers to create and review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting & analysis to explain changes against given baselines. • Meticulous review of all elements of costs appearing in the process-wise financials with reasoning for major deviations and ensuring timely, quality and accurate reports to DGM - Finance and other Process Heads.
