I acquired solid technical expertise in the world of Unified Communication thanks to specialized training courses in collaboration with Wildix, applying advanced solutions and integrating the company workflow with cutting-edge digital systems. Furthermore, I have developed basic skills for the construction and management of websites, using tools such as Wordpress and Odoo in parallel with html language. I use Excel at an advanced level for data analysis and the creation of strategic reports, fundamental for business decisions. I actively contributed to marketing with sponsorship and product promotion campaigns, and managing the drafting of targeted content for the company blog, with the aim of increasing the brand's visibility and engagement. I also take care of staff training, taking care of content and educational materials to support the adoption of company procedures and encourage the acquisition of new technical skills in the team.
