* Provided 3rd tier customer support for the Element Management System AMS. * Responsible for analyzing and resolving complex operational issues and design deficiencies in customer networks, including software problems, hardware problems, and system configuration issues. * Developed software test programs, test procedures, and test scenarios for use by customer's technical support personnel and internal TAC engineers * Provided 24-hour assistance for 2nd tier TAC escalations. * Provided direct support to SBC and Verizon labs on issues or questions. * Mentored CTAC engineers and provided training associated with AMS software design and applications to TAC and customers technical support. * Created original technical documentation such as PIBs and MOPs.

* Started as 1st tier Customer Support Engineer and supported the Next Generation Digital Loop Carrier LITESPAN 2000 & 2012 along with the Element Management System AMS. * Promoted to 2nd tier Product Support Engineer within a year. * Traveled when needed to customer sites to either resolve issues, work with customer’s labs on new hardware/software releases and First Office Application sites. * Became the Subject Matter Expert for the AMS software for our TAC group. * Provided 24-hour assistance for 1st tier TAC escalations. * Provided direct support to certain customer labs on issues or questions. * Later on began supporting the ADSL DSLAM product line ASAM 1000 and 7300. * Became very familiar and comfortable working/trouble shooting multiple types of routers and ATM Switch’s in a variety of network configurations.

* Started as technical lead for Alcatel’s OSS/BSS IPTV integration/test lab called the OSIT, this involved architecting the OSIT network and supporting all elements in the lab. * Subject Matter Expert in OSIT lab for Alcatel products 5620 SAM ems, 5526 AMS ems, 7750 router, 7450 switch, 7330 DSLAM, 7340/7342 FTTH. * Managed the integration of an OSS/BSS solution for an IPTV environment. This included Syndesis (NetP), Amdocs, CRAMER, Netcool, BEA, iNSIGHT, 8920, 5750 SSC, MSFT IPTV, AMS, SAM and CMS applications along with all supported network and access elements. * Managed support group for AT&T OSS System Integration lab and Productions Support Lab * PMO for multiple projects that were a part of AT&T Lightspeed. This included 3rd Party Management for IPD/AND products, EMS Deployment in Lightspeed and other needed projects. * Managed OSIT lab and all integration and test projects utilizing the lab resources.
