Successfully lead the redesign of all related processes, transitioning them into a fully digital environment to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. Achievements & Highlights: + Conducted periodic stock controls + Secured reliable alternative steel suppliers in China + Eliminated operational obstacles to land transportation from Eregli Iron and Steel Plant, increased shipment frequency, and reduced overstock plate values. + Implemented an automated system to remind suppliers of delivery dates + Transitioned from biannual warehouse counts to daily small-batch inventory checks + Proposed and implemented the acquisition of an in-house truck + Established a supplier development department + Negotiated open account agreements with major plate suppliers, eliminating the financial costs associated with letters of credit for raw material purchases. + Saved logistics budget by combining the activities performed independently by different people in the company by establishing a Logistics department + Contributed to the profitability of the company's projects by following steel market trends and making timely raw material purchases. + Adapted procurement, warehouse, and logistics processes to the ERP system, successfully implementing the required modules.

Scope: Supplied raw materials, consumables, and services for three company-owned factories engaged in the production of ready-mixed concrete for the construction sector. This role involved ensuring the timely availability of high-quality materials and services, which contributed to the efficient operation of the factories and supported the overall production goals in meeting the demands of various construction projects.

Scope: Orchestrated the procurement of insurance services for the expanding vehicle fleet of our company, which provides rental vehicle services. Additionally, managed the sourcing and acquisition of essential spare parts for repairing damaged vehicles, ensuring continuous operational efficiency and minimizing downtime for the fleet.

Scope: Spearheaded domestic and international procurement operations for the launch of a new gold mine, including the strategic establishment of a robust warehouse system and the development of standardized procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Directed logistics processes to optimize supply chain performance. Designed and implemented the purchasing module within the Axapta system, aligning it with organizational needs to enhance procurement workflows and system integration.

Scope: Executed domestic and international purchasing transactions, managed warehouse operations and logistics activities, and facilitated sales transactions for mineral products across group subsidiaries, including gold and antimony mines, an oil production facility, a dairy farm, a pine nut enterprise, a cheese production facility, and a university campus.

Scope: Managed the company's international procurement activities across all branches, overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure seamless operations. Developed and optimized the SAP MM module to enhance procurement efficiency and streamline workflows. Conducted in-depth research to identify the most effective procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
