- Drafting contracts (including annexes and amendments) on behalf of the company with legal entities and individuals; - Reviewing and conducting legal analysis of documents received from structural divisions (various types of contracts, annexes); - Responding to inquiries from all structural divisions of the company regarding matters of legal compliance; - Participating in the process of drafting and regulating the legal aspects of investment agreements and their annexes, preparing cooperation agreements related to investment services; - Preparing legal opinions and assessments related to legal matters arising in the company’s operations; drafting and submitting official inquiries to relevant state authorities regarding controversial aspects of the securities market legislation; - Preparing powers of attorney on behalf of the company; - Keeping up to date with changing legislation; - Negotiating deals on behalf of the company; - Preparing responses to incoming legal documents from foreign entities and carrying out related tasks.
