Currently serving as an experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer and previously as a Project Site Engineer, I am having an extensive hands-on experience of 08 years in managing and overseeing Mechanical & Electromechanical projects across diverse sectors, including tunnels, intelligent transportation systems, ports infrastructure, logistics parks, and oil & gas compression plants. I have demonstrated my expertise in ensuring that the work under my responsibilities should comply with the international engineering standards (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, IEEE, BS, EN, ISO etc.) through quality control inspections, and testing of MEP systems; which includes Firefighting Networks, HVAC systems, Stormwater Networks, Potable Water Networks, Pump Rooms, and Electrical Installations such as Substations, Packaged Substations, Gensets, Power Transformers, Lighting Controls, UPS System, Distribution Boxes, MV/ LV/ ELV/ OFC Networks pulling, terminations, splicing & testing, and development of Centralized Control Centers through OFC/ Ethernet/ Network switches/ and PLC Control with BMS or 3rd Party Software integrations. Proficient in preparing and reviewing technical documentation such as Material Approvals, Material Inspection Reports, Work Inspection Reports, ITPs, Method Statements, Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, O&M Manuals, and As-builts, while coordinating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve project utilities conflicts and to ensure project aligns with the specifications and employer’s requirements. Experienced in coordinating with stakeholders - including clients, consultants, subcontractors, manufacturers and suppliers – to resolve technical issues, perform inspections (MIR/WIR/FAT/SAT), and ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within project's environment with other disciplinary works. Strong capability in supervising subcontractors, managing site activities, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring efficient resource (men, material, machine) allocation. A proactive communicator and team leader, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budgets. Also, successfully trained multi-disciplinary engineers and technical staff and deployed them across monitoring centers for the seamless execution of operation and maintenance activities and developed maintenance plans and manuals.
