Responsible for * Requesting for proposals and evaluating of bidding * Preparing of contracts with all annexes ( statement of works, etc.) * Contract negotiations * Managing, controlling and monitoring technical, administrative and financial issues of subcontract activities from proposal to commissioning. * Being interface with subcontractor and internal disciplines

Under the graduation project, * Creating investment decision mechanism for setting up base stations to handle covarage gaps on roads.
