-Developed, led and executed purchasing strategies for the categories Kitchen, Tiles, Bathrooms. -Coordinated with IT team and management for the creation of reports and integrating it to the Sanipex application. -Coordinated with IT team and management for creating the dashboards in the Sanipex application for the quick and easy review of companies performance. -Continuously monitored and performed cost analysis of every 6 months based on the raw materials price and exchange rate. -Submitted monthly reports and presentations to the board members for all the categories which includes brand analysis, purchase analysis, cost analysis, Quality cases, block stock, fill analysis, and issues. -Onboarded new OEM suppliers to the own brands, and increased the suppliers of Kitchen from 12 active suppliers to 35 active suppliers which resulted in sales Increase of 5.6M AED in 2023 compared to 2.6M AED in 2022. -Finalized the contracts and onboarded new suppliers including Incoterms and payment terms. -Assess, manage and mitigate risks with respect to purchase and logistics. -Set-up the value of minimum and maximum quantity to keep in stock based on the previous 6 months sales, lead time, and transit time. -Created and placed order with suppliers based on requirement, Tracked the orders and reduced the delays in supply wherever possible. -Provided special support to the project and trade teams to close the projects with special price and supported UK team whenever needed.
