I have been riding motocross since I was 4 years old, so racing on two wheels has been a significant part of my story. After winning a couple of regional supermoto championships, I began working at Noyes Camp as a Flat Track teacher (off-road discipline). After a few years of gaining experience in road racing and Flat Track, the latter led to winning international championships and even racing in the FIM World Championship. I also began to teach track racing. Noyes Camp provides weekend courses to riders of all levels (16 people) and occasionally offers 1-hour courses (Fun & Ride by Kawasaki Spain) to motorsport fans at the Spanish Superbike paddock. It is a nice way to give back to the motorcycle community for all the years and experiences I gained during my career as a professional rider.

The International presentation of a Royal Enfild model. The brand new Guerrilla 450 was presented at Hotel Vela in Barcelona and journalist for all around the world came to Barcelona to test this new bike. I was the lider guide for a grup of 14 journalists. The most challenging part was to ride while making sure everyone was following the grup, specialy on the Barcelona traffic lights, and the quik thinking was key to avoid any setback on the time sckegual. Meeting people from Japan, Brazile, Inglant, India and more, was and incredible experience. It was a great presure sharing bike talks with all the people around this event.

I was studying and working at the same time, 11 hours each day between both activities. Working as a test rider has given me the knowledge to understand the process and adjust to be more efficient during the test journey. It was a great experience working with a group of engineers at the time to be the man between the machine and the programmers. During this test, my goals were putting the material to the limit to test the resistance of the designs, testing different setups of the electric powerband and mechanical parts such as engine vibration or frame stability, and finding daily problems that the future user might face. I learned a lot, and I am glad I was part of a team with such professionals.

The main aspects it takes into account are: generating a design that solves existing problems, knowing and selecting the optimal materials, planning manufacturing and controlling the quality of the product obtained, considering, at the same time, its environmental impact. This entire process is done assisted by the most advanced simulation tools: computer-assisted 3D drawing, numerical simulations and manufacturing process simulations (CAM). Finally, in the product manufacturing process, the engineer considers all the possibilities, from the most common processes (chip removal, molding...), to the most innovative and current ones such as additive manufacturing (3D printing). within the new Industry 4.0 paradigm. The Graduate in Mechanical Engineering has the professional attributions of Industrial Technical Engineering recognized.

2 years course of 2,000 hours (1,650 in the educational center and 350 in a work center).
