Design of Manufacturing equipment and fixtures, spec development for quality assurance purposes, Management of OEM projects for new equipment introduction during development, buyoff and startup. In charge of Torque Quality Assurance Development, leading new product solutions with Atlas Copco Service BU, establishing new procedures to standardize and control all torque related items such as: programming, PMs, KPIs that help to have a tracking of continuous improvement, defining also NPI procedures to establish SPC through residual limits inspections .

Responsible of SPC and SCs management related to dimensional control plan, follow up of quality issues related with GD&T, perform and design ICAs and PCAs and address to responsible. FTT and AWS indicators improvement, new models launch validation, measurement data management, 6Sigma projects, etc. Participation in Datum strategy for Assembly Tooling and inspection for new models, coordinate common measurement strategy for production along with Stamping, Body and suppliers. Trim Coordination build for exterior and interior parts to find functional or continuous improvement issues and assuring plan to correct findings with Design/ Process suppliers. Follow up Dimensional Variation Analysis modeling results and assure continuous improvements.

In charge of torque integrity plan along Hermosillo Assembly Plant, which included: DC and Air tool (Nutrunners) programming, Preventative Management, Calibration and torque audit process (data collectors). Launch and allocation of tools complying with delta processes and internal procedures. New Model introduction torque plan, which included: to define tool inventory depending on torque processes released by NPI, backup and PM and Calibration program, Ergonomic compliance and proactive torque strategy to prevent and assure torque integrity since pre-production stages, design of residual torque inspection routes and define and develop residual limits conducting TPPS (Torque Process Potential Studies). Error Proofing Management (Control and management of all Pokayoke system along HSAP) 100% Enabled and functional (Pick Lights, Torque Processes and automatic equipment acknowledges).

-Equipment Uptime responsible, with the objective to reduce time to repair fails and the interval between failures using Ford Total Productive Maintenance. Electrical control projects, planning, supervision and execution, PLC, Controls and Robotic programming Specialist. Kaizenes and Improvements in coordination with Production and Engineering Areas. -Supervise preventive maintenance schedules, inspections and repairs to minimize down time, coordinate and schedule manpower and materials to meet maintenance requirements to minimize down time, identify and insure that safety hazards and unsafe practices are corrected and addressed, responsible for monitoring day-to-day production processes, tooling and operations related to automation equipment, develop and implement continuous productivity and FTT improvements, project development and implementation.

Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives, work closely with maintenance personnel on project work and corrective actions, maintain documentation and identify cost saving ideas, drive cycle time optimization and constraint analysis in all zones, ensure start-up readiness for production, manage the procurement, build and installation of production line improvements and modifications as required, analyze equipment performance and work to improve efficiencies.
