I was in charge of leading an interdisciplinary team conformed by architects, engineers and other specialties responsible for delivering fast track large scale projects within tight budget and schedule constraints. This responsibility gave me the opportunity to deal and negotiate with automotive manufacturing clients from Germany, Korea, Italy and the US which demanded not only the highest quality standards, but most importantly demand strong communication skills in order to deliver results successfully. As Design Manager I was in charge of establishing the execution strategy and budget for each project, as well as managing distribution and production of project workload within our team.

I am in charge of leading a multicultural DD team that seats in Sao Paolo, Brazil and Monterrey, Mexico with the objective of developing and executing an expansion strategy for promising markets in Latin America such as Argentina, Chile and Colombia, while reinforcing and consolidating more mature networks in Brazil and Mexico.
