I have been working at Axis Communications for over a year, after completing an eight-month stint as a Human Resources Practitioner at Deloitte, where I gained valuable insights into the consulting industry and the best practices for talent management and development. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, one of the most prestigious business schools in Mexico, where I have honed my communication, leadership, and analytical skills. I am passionate about human resources and its strategic role in driving organizational performance and culture.
